Pink Goodness!

YAY!!!  I finally got my hands on one of these beauties.  Well, I already had one but it's RED not PINK.  LOL.  Plus I used my 50% coupon at Michaels this morning.  I couldn't believe that finally got them in stock.  I have been searching high and low for this and I finally got one.  This one was cheaper than my red one.  I had bought that one from framingsupplies.com.  So, I will be selling my red ATG to my good friend, Lisa (at a good price of course).  I'm just so happy and excited.  I know it's crazy to want a pink one. I couldn't help it.  Thanks everyone for stopping by and taking a peak.  Hugs, Friday

I {heart} for Bebe Card Drive!

Hi everyone, I wanted to share some cards I made for Dale at http://creativelychloe.blogspot.com/.  I couldn't feel for her on loosing her dog so suddenly.  That's hard to loose a love one including a family pet.  I don't have a dog right now but I grew up with dogs.  I loved them just like family so, I can only imagine what she is going through.  I wanted to help her make these cards because I thought it was such a great idea to give a card to the owners along with their dogs hair to remember them by.  I think it will help with the healing process. I made a total 6 cards for her.  I hope this helps a little.  Here are some pictures for you all to enjoy.  Thanks everyone for stopping by and taking a peak.  Hugs, Friday!!

My Very First Challenge!!

Hi Everyone, I wanted to share my very first Challenge over at Papercraft Star.  This week was a pretty easy challenge and I needed to make a Anniversary Card for my Parents.  This is very new to me.  I hope to continue to do challenges from now on.

So the challenge this week was from Simon Says Follow this Recipe:

Make a Card
Base: 5.5 x 5.5
Mat: 5x5
Score Mat 5 times at 1/4 inch
3 Flowers from Die Cut or Punch
3 Buttons and Twine

(You may also add a sentiment or other items as desired), this was a perfect opportunity to try this out and see if I like it.

I used Shinny Grey cardstock as my base.  Scored five times with my scor-pal to the pink vellum.  Applied scriped pattered paper to the center of the vellum.  Added some pink ribbon.   Punched and layered pink vellum flowers.  Added clear buttons (I got from Rica, thanks Rica) and strung twine through the buttons.  And thats my Card.  Enjoy.

Thanks everyone for stopping by and taking a peak. Have a great weekend. Wish me luck!! LOL.  I hope everyone likes my card.

Trick or Treat...

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share the beginning of my kids mini for Halloween.  I had meant to do this last year but missed the boat (if you know what I mean) LOL!!  So, the papers and embellishments are from last years collection (Recollections and Target).  It's ok by me cuz I don't have to buy anything but put them together.  I have a lot of projects going on all at the same time but this one motivated me to do it.  I only started on the front and back cover but I think it's a big start for me.

This mini will have pictures of my kids costumes through the years.  I altered a mini album from Target.  It had these screws and I took them out and used large eyelets instead.  Then I will use binder rings just in case it's kind of bulky... hehe!!  I hope you all like the beginning pages.  I will show more once it is all complete.  Enjoy!!

Thanks everyone for stopping by and hope you all have a great day!!  Hugs, Friday

Bday Invites

Hi everyone, I wanted to show you all what I have been up to lately since I have been back from Vacation.  Well, my son is turning 3 years old this month and it's time to make his invites.  As I mentioned before, he loves Thomas the Tank and that's what I went with.  It was hard since there was no stamps, cricut cartridges, and even stickers (well some).  I did find some stickers as you can see in my haul video on youtube (Tfriday77).  So, here are some pics.  Enjoy!!
Thanks everyone for stopping by and have a great weekend.  Hugs, Friday
