Our 9th Anniversary Card

Hi Everyone,

Today I wanted to share a Card I will be giving my Hubby this year for our Anniversary.  

We have been married for only 9 years but it feels like 25 years. hehe!!  

We have had our ups and down but isn't that what marriage is all about.   He is really

everything to me.  Well actually he is my rock.  

I used the Romance Novel paper from Prima that I got in a swap.  I have been wanting this paper for

some time now and I'm so glad to have it in my little hands.

I have done a video on it of all the products I used and where I got the idea from.

Hi Everyone!

I wanted to share a card I made for a swap I'm doing with someone on YouTube.  I thought I would go ahead and show this before I show the Book Box I altered for her. 

I'm mailing out her package out today so she should be getting this soon.

I hope you all like it:

I used my faux leather sheet I sampled on and I really like how this turned out.  I used some my handmade box pleated trim too.  Love that trim and I'm so glad I learned how to make them.

This is a 5x5 card that I used some black lace from my stash.  I added some prima flowers, a Making Memories metal piece, and some satin ribbon.

Easter Cards for 2011

Hi Everyone,  Happy Saturday !!  I'm here today to share my 2011 Easter Cards I will be sending to family and friends.  On an earlier post, I had shown three (3) new stamps I had bought at Michaels.  Well, my initial plan was to use all three of them but it just wasn't in the cards.  So, I only used the bunny.  Here are the pictures:

I just love the bunny.  He/she is too cute...  Here are the list of supplies and tools I used.  First off, I used a cuttlebug embossing folder for the background.  Used a border scallop punch from SU on one side.  Cut out a scallop oval with my Nestibilities dies.  Stamped the bunny on grey cardstock and then colored in the ears, nose and tail with SU markers.  Then I use some Studio G clear glitter glue (my new fav glitter glue).  I also use some of the glue on the background too.  I punched out some flowers with a SU flower trio punch and added some bling stickers.  Wrapped some pink ribbon with a bow and Viola... My Easter Card...

A Forgotten Bday Card...

Hi everyone, I don't know about you but I've been forgetting things left and right.  It must be old age... hehe!!  I wanted to share a birthday card I made.  I had totally forgotten to post this picture of this card.  I swear my mind/brain is so gone. lol!!  Anyway.. here it is.  I hope you all like it.  It has my fav colors and its really layered.  I'm really getting into layering my cards more and more.  Enjoy!

I used papers from Marcella K, a flower punch from McGill and a stamp set from My Sentiments Exactly (MSE).  I used brown and pink cardstock to back each pattern paper.  I cut out a purse from the pattern paper and used clear sparkle writer from Studio G.  It adds a little sparkle.  I love it.  Crystal brad for the flower's center.

Valentine Cards...

Hi everyone, I'm here today to share some Valentine cards I have been making.  These cards will be given to family for Valentine's Day this year.  I have another card to share but I will show you all next Monday which is Valentine's Day. LOL...  Anyway, I will be posting a lot this week.  I will be sharing mailboxes for my kids Teachers, valentine treats for classmates, and maybe some altered Matchboxes.  This week will be busy for me.
