Hi Everyone!
I'm so excited to share my first project I created for Whimsical Designs Weekly Challenge.
This Week was called "Anything Goes" and I went with a Tri-Shutter
Birthday Card.
I love making these cards. I had to make a birthday card for my big sis and this is
what I came up with.
I hope everyone likes.
I used a 5-1/2 x 12' thin chipboard. Score it at 2", 4", 8", and 10". Turn cardstock a 1/4 turn.
Along the long edge measure in 1-1/2". Cut a slit between score marks 2" and 10". Repeat on the other side.
I used papers from Glitz Designs. Matted the pattern paper with light blue Bazzil cardstock. I cut out dies from my Spellbinders Shapeabilities - Fancy Tags 3 and Ironworks Accents. Used Happy Birthday stamp from Michaels (I didn't receive Stephanie's stamps until this Monday). I also used a stamp from AcMoore, which I always seem to use. LOL!! I added some seam binding, a button and black and white flat back pearls. Lastly, I used my MFT dies the Large and Mini Rolled Roses with the pattern paper.
